Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy 


We have a 30-day* return policy for unopened products. Unless there is a defect with one or more products in your order, shipping cost of the return is at the customer's cost.

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Products returned after 30-days*
  • Products that have been opened
  • Products damaged or defected by customer (beyond our ability to resell)


* 30-days from receipt of shipping confirmation

Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

Essential oils: unopened and in original condition/packaging (We cannot accept a return if the cap seal is broken.)

Hinoki Cubes: in original condition (We cannot accept a return if cube is used.)

To start a return, please contact us at info@saumavie.com. 

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect orders / Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen shipments

Sauna Vie is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact us at info@saumavie.com.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer exchanges for online orders. Exchanges may be completed by mailing back your return item and then placing a new order on the online store. To return an item, please contact us at info@saumavie.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at info@saumavie.com.
